Benchmarking 384-well Ultralow Attachment Plates for Generation of High Throughput Quality Spheroids

Three-dimensional (3D) spheroid or organoid cultures provide a more physiologically relevant environment for cancer cells compared to traditional 2D monolayer cultures. Consequently, 3D models across the disease spectrum are under development. Practical applications for spheroid and organoid in-vitro cell culture models are high throughput assays in 384-well plate formats for rapid drug screening, personalized medicines, and efficacy evaluation of anti-cancer agents.
